4ply 100% British Wool - Shop

A really gorgeous  4ply yarn blend, custom spun for us by John Arbon.

The yarn is 50% British Falkland Polwarth wool, 50% UK Wensleydale wool. The wools were processed in the UK and spun in Devon.

The blend gives a wonderful blend of softness and shine which lends itself to glowingly bright colours. This is a wonderfully soft yarn which would work well for garments, shawls, mitts, or hats. 

Each skein is approximately 100g /400m

The wools have not been superwash treated so should be hand washed
