Goddess Points

We love to have our customers come back again - and to reward your loyalty we issue goddess points.

Each time you shop with us, every pound you spend on goods earns you one goddess point. When you reach one hundred points you'll get a discount code which can be used for £5 off your next order - just put the code in the discount box at checkout and you'll pay £5 less for your order.

If you want to keep saving your points for a special treat like one of our clubs, that's absolutely fine. Enter one code in the discount box at check out and the others you want to redeem in the customer notes section. A manual refund will then be made straight to your paypal account.

Goddess points are earned on everything we sell - so clubs, yarn, badges - and everything else. The only thing that doesn't earn you points is postage - that's the only exclusion.

You don't have to sign up or do anything to get points - it happens automatically. We'll send you an updated total each time you order so you'll know how many points you've collected and once you have enough to get a discount we'll send you a code for this.

If you'd prefer to donate your points to our charity of the year that's easy too. We'll donate £5 for each 100 points you have, so put DONATE in the discount box. If you have more than  200 points and want to donate them all use the code DONATE ALL. The charities that we're supporting in 2012 are Macmillan Cancer Support and the RNLI.

Voucher codes expire 1 year after they are issued - and at that point we'll donate the value of the voucher to our chosen charities.
