First up – a restock. We’ve got all three of our linen project bags in sizes, so if you’ve been waiting to get your hand on one of these then go for it.

I LOVE A GOOD FINGERING LARGE LINEN PROJECT BAGNO I WON’T JUST STICK TO MY KNITTING LARGE LINEN PROJECT BAGKARMA IT’S ONLY A BITCH IF YOU ARE LARGE LINEN PROJECT BAG

Then an update on our Superhero Yarns. In case you missed them, here’s what the Superhero Yarns are.

The names for these colours come from my lovely friend Scully, and are inspired by her bother Adam who died very recently. Claire and her mum have asked that money raised from this yarn goes to Jeans for Genes Day.Jeans for Genes Day is the annual fundraising campaign for Genetic Disorders UK, the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by a genetic disorder.Monies raised on Jeans for Genes Day fund the work of the charity and provide grants to organisations for projects that aim to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders. We’ll be donating 50% of the purchase price of these yarns to Genetic Disorders UK. The remaining 50% helps cover the yarn costs, VAT, tax and dye costs. In turn that means we can make more of these yarns available and hopefully raise more money for this charity. If you’d like to donate to Jeans for Genes Day you can do so here.

So far you’ve raised over £200 for this charity – and Bobbie and I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has bought these yarns.

We’ve dyed up more stock, so the Superhero Yarns are in the shop and ready to send out now.

Inspired by all that denim blue, Bobbie has been playing with denim, resin and rivets and has produced a set of stitch markers. We’ll add 50% of the sale price of these to our donation too

One last thing to tell you is that we’ve added a new payment option to the shop. Some people struggle with Paypal so there’s also an option to pay via Worldpay.

There’s freepost on orders over £50 in the UK and over £100 to everywhere else. This will be applied automatically so you no longer need to remember to select the freepost option.

The bags, yarns and markers shown above are in the shop now, so clicking on the links will take you to the right place on the website. Enjoy.
