Fine silk is the thinnest embroidery thread we sell - in weaving terms it's a 2/60 nm yarn.

This means that a single strand is about the thickness of sewing machine threda - so perfect for fine work. If you'd like more thickness it's easy to work with multiple starnds to get the effect you want.

Each skein measures approximately 30 meters.
