Following the success of fundraising for Mirasol, I felt that it would be great to continue to support a chartity.

The Knitting Goddesses (and Gods) have been voting, and have chosen MacMillan Cancer Support as our charity of the year.

Over the year, there will be lots of different things happening to raise money for this fantastic cause.

We now have a Macmillan colourway, based on an idea from the lovely Joan - and naeds Roccocco after her hottie of a husband. The yarn is available as sock yarn, merino tencel and laceweight cashmer (small skein) and a donation will be made to Macmillan for every skein sold.

Also raising money for our charity are 2 new badges - Keeeeeeeep Knitting and Strictly Knitting. All profits from the sale of these badges will go to Macmillan. 

There's now a Knitting Goddess shawl in the patterns for sale section - and once again all profits will be going to Macmillan.
